What's on each card
The word on the front. On the back: its reading, meaning and part of speech, its pitch accent, and an example sentence with furigana and its English translation.
Words you paste written in kana, like とても, stay in kana on the card.
Each card's look comes from the "Japanese Words" note type in the deck. It has the same fields as Shiori's Japanese Vocabulary, so Shiori can count these words for Yomitori: turn the deck's note type on in Settings › Integrations › Vocabulary. Importing a newer deck with the same words updates them instead of adding them twice.
